Reasons

3.6: Apps with App icons, screenshots, and previews that do not adhere to the 4+ age rating will be rejected
Information Needed
We began the review of your app but are not able to continue because we need all images and texts used in the app to fully assess your app features.

Please provide the demo details in the App Review Information section for your app in iTunes Connect or reply to this message with the requested demo information. Please ensure that the information you provide includes any data necessary to demonstrate the functionality of your app features.

To provide images and texts information:

- Log in to iTunes Connect
- Click on “My Apps”
- Select your app
- Scroll down to “App Review Information”
- Provide information in “Notes” as appropriate
- Click Save
- Click Submit for Review

While your iTunes Connect Application State shows as Metadata Rejected, we don't require a new binary to correct this issue. Once this information is available, we can continue your review.

----- 3.6 -----

Also, your Application Description, app icon, screenshots, or previews includes content that is not appropriate for all age groups, as required by the App Store Review Guidelines.

Since the metadata is visible to all users on the App Store, this content must meet the 4+ rating requirement, even when purchasing is restricted by a higher rating.

Specifically, it would be appropriate to remove or revise
他の人のペットが、発情してやってくることも! in your app description.

If your iTunes Connect Application State is Metadata Rejected, we do NOT require a new binary.

To revise the metadata:

- Log in to iTunes Connect
- Click on “My Apps”
- Select your app
- Revise the desired metadata values
- ClickSave"
- Once you’ve completed all changes, click the “Submit for Review” button at the top of the App Details page

NOTE: Please be sure to make any metadata changes to all App Localizations by selecting each specific localization and making appropriate changes.
